I am torn. I like to do my shopping early (actually, I am half done). But sometimes that means missing out on a good deal as things go on sale closer to the holidays.
Things are tight (did I REALLY have to tell you this???). But I had been selling things on Craigslist to use for the holidays (worked pretty well). But I have the kids' BIG gift to buy, plus several others.
Do I try and get it out of the way, so I can enjoy the season.....or wait it out and hope stuff goes on sale?
You know...I've already done MOST of my shopping. I know something will come up at the last minute that those darn kids will HAVE to have...

I can tell you that this is the first year that I'm really not stressed about how many darn presents are under the tree. Our kids are always excited about the moment...not so much the gifts. (except for my sister...who's still only concerned with the gifts at 33!)

What big gift are you saving towards anyway (I'm ALWAYS finding deals...and I can keep my eyes out for you)
