Another week of reflecting on the good, the bad, and the down right UGLY (U-G-L-Y, you ain't got no alibi!)
The Good: We had a few good things this week: 1) Getting G-man to look at a few websites...ING Direct, and peer to peer lending. In the past, he would just say "whatever you want, dear." Getting closer to making a decision on how to proceed on both. 2) Finding 2 free projects for the kids to make for the grandmas for Mother's Day (Thanks Lowes!). And 3) Realizing that May has 3 paychecks for G-man!

The Ugly: Spending $60 on G-man's boat class. Not in the budget. He forgets that he has to budget for his fun too! Budgets aren't just for the day to day stuff.

I know I am late to the game...but we just started the get out of debt journey ourselves and I am loving your blog. I started clear back at the beginning and I can't wait to see where you are at present day. When I get there...I will start posting my GBU:)
