Hello newer followers....bye to those who aren't

I had a blogging goal of hitting 73 followers by the end of the year.  Well....I smashed that a long time ago!!  Thanks to YOU GUYS!  I have such a wonderful readership.  I love hearing your stories and comments, and a few of you have even dropped me a line in my e-mail.  :)  *happy dancing*

In the past few days...I have lost a few readers.  I realize I am not everyone's cup of tea.  It still makes me a little sad.  If you are still lurking....feel free to e-mail me privately if you have a concern.

Otherwise....you guys ROCK!

  1. I sometimes will randomly lose followers. I am not sure why. Don't take it personally. I enjoy reading your blog!

  4. Life happens to the best of us -- those who left may have run into personal time probs, but I bet they will be back :-)

  5. As someone who is in a rather similar life situation to you, I've been scrambling to read everything and anything I can to catch up in my financial know how. However, there are sooooo many PF blogs out there that I became overwhelmed and had to par down to blogs that talk to my specific situation. Maybe some of the peeps that left did the same thing??

  6. @Judy - I like you!

    @Christa - if they comeback...great. If not...oh well...their loss.

    @Anon - could be. Who knows! Glad you found me and are sticking around!

  7. That sometimes happens to me, but it's funny I'll lose one and then two or three will follow within the week. Weird.

    I like the idea of setting a follower goal. Hmm...

  8. @Niki - Honestly....I am surprised anyone reads this. I started the blog as a way of talking out my frustrations, and if no one ever read it....so be it.

    My next follower goal will be 100!

  9. I am a regular reader, but not a follower. I have a personal objection to the word "follower"(that 7 years of therapy hasn't fixed yet....). Sorry!

    Congratulations on smashing your goal!

  10. @Anon2 - well, thanks for reading! Is your objection to follower similar to my objection to "obey" in wedding vows?

  11. Mysti - Do you want to write a guest post for me? I can probably get you a follower or two that way. I love your blog. I visit almost every day!

  12. I've been reading for quite some time now but never realized your "follow" button was at the bottom of the page (I don't claim to be the brightest crayon in the box!) LOL

  15. I'm up to 40, and then dropped down a few days ago. Felt very nervous... then had to laugh at myself. Don't sweat it!
